1. INTRODUCTION
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be processed for services purchased through Labourpoint.in (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Labourpoint is a digital job connection platform operated by LOCKERSADDA, facilitating communication between employers and workers (labours).
By purchasing or using any of our paid services or packages, you agree to this policy.
2. SERVICES COVERED
Our services include:
- Employer/Contractor Packages: Paid access to connect with registered workers.
- Digital Job Postings: Paid listings visible to job seekers.
- Promotional or Listing Upgrades: Optional add-on services to highlight profiles or jobs.
Workers (majdoors) register and use the platform completely free of charge, so no refund or payment is applicable to them.
3. FREE TRIAL / FIRST-TIME PACKAGE
Labourpoint.in offers a one-time free access package to every new employer upon first registration.
This allows new users to experience the service before making any payment.
After the free package expires, paid plans are required to continue accessing contact details or posting jobs.
4. NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT POLICY
Labourpoint.in provides digital, non-tangible services.
No physical goods are delivered or shipped, and hence traditional “return” or “replacement” is not applicable.
5. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are only applicable in limited, valid circumstances as described below:

6. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Once package validity starts and employer has accessed worker data.
- User changes mind after purchase or finds fewer applicants than expected.
- Account suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions.
- Misuse of contact information or fake job posting.
- Expired package — no refund for unused duration.
- Delays or unavailability caused by internet issues or third-party service providers.
7. REFUND PROCESS
If eligible for refund:
- Send a written request to info@labourpoint.in within 48 hours of the transaction.
- Include:
- Registered name
- Contact number and email
- Transaction ID / Payment receipt
- Reason for refund request
- Our team will verify the claim and respond within 7 working days.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Users may cancel paid packages anytime, but no refund will be issued for partially used or expired services.
- In case of recurring billing (if introduced in future), cancellation will stop the next billing cycle.
- Deleting an account will automatically terminate active services, with no refund for remaining period.
9. TRANSACTION SECURITY
All online payments are processed securely via trusted gateways like Phone pay.
Labourpoint.in does not store or access users’ complete card/bank details.
Any payment dispute arising from bank or gateway errors must be reported to both LabourPoint and the payment provider.
10. SERVICE INTERRUPTION OR FAILURE
In rare cases of server downtime, technical maintenance, or system errors, users will be compensated with service extension (extra validity days) instead of cash refund.
Such compensations are handled case-by-case.

12. FINAL DECISION
All refund approvals or rejections will be at the sole discretion of LOCKERSADDA (labourpoint.in management) after reviewing transaction and usage history.
Once approved, refund confirmation will be sent by email or SMS.
13. POLICY UPDATES
Labourpoint.in reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Refund & Cancellation Policy anytime.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
14. DISCLAIMER
Labourpoint.in only provides an online connection platform between employers and workers.
We are not responsible for any dispute, quality of work, job loss, or financial transaction between the two parties once contact has been established.
Refund claims based on worker or employer disputes will not be entertained.
